In today's economy, health care agencies are facing rapid improvements due to fresh advances in technology. It is vital for medical and dental practices to perfectly keep up with the changing times as they give a more progressive approach intended for growth and revenue. Dr . Hamann just purchased a preexisting dental practice that was started out 45 yrs ago. Over the years the prior owners became complacent and did not modernize the office. This paper is focused on organizational change within a dentist office. The key stakeholders will be discovered and how they are impacted by the alterations. Some company change approaches will also be reviewed that is best fit for this form of practice, along with some strategies on dealing with employee resistance from these alterations. Technical Advances for Organizational Transform

The key to using an economically viable dental practice is to know when company change is necessary, and put into practice the changes within a successful manner. There are way too many dental offices that are out-of-date in every possible way. The current craze to utilize technology to make dentistry more efficient and comfortable and the dental care products more durable and natural-looking as possible intended for the individuals.  " Patients and their dental practitioners benefit from modern techniques which have been less invasive and more dependable than the numerous years of past” (Kostrzewski, 2011, pra. 1).
